我最近有了「打算開始認真實踐我的減肥大計」這個念頭會這麼說是因為我本身超懶的，雖然偶有伸展運動但是都不持久雖然知道自己變胖，但是秉持著「穿衣服還可以遮得住嘛」的心態，我都沒有認真想檢討過不過.....
