～香滷豬腱上菜～ 上市場買肉時看到肉攤上有一小堆豬腱，有大有小形狀圓圓的！ 隨口問了老闆娘，豬腱怎麼料理比較好吃！ 老闆娘回答我說：豬睷有分大腱和小腱，二種口感不一樣，妳可以各買一些回家滷！
