【分享】胖子進化史；我想變成紙片人

我曾經最胖胖到46kg以上((身高151CM))，曾經打過三年的球加上每次的肌力訓練， 讓我的下盤穩固不少..每次練完好幾小時的球以後，一定會跟隊友們去吃豆花:)) ((想起來還是非常快樂阿!
