很認真跟鄭老師做運動三禮拜了 中間只有兩天停電 揮汗如雨做足三十分鐘的感覺 超讚的! 老實說 體重只降了一點點 但 我才不在乎咧~~ 因為運動帶來的多巴胺 比吸毒還過癮啊!(
