來自北海道旭川的『山頭火拉麵』剛開幕時各家媒體爭相報導，網路上也是食記篇篇共襄盛舉，據說當時常常店門還沒開就有人在門口排隊了，看來『山頭火拉麵』一開幕就順利地在台北市的拉麵界裡一戰成名且佔有一席之地。
